We encourage you to LEARN + LINGER to capture the full experience through conversation as you enjoy what our sushi bar has to offer.
Warm towels are provided for cleansing between each course.
NIGIRI is best eaten in one bite, to combine all the ingredients coming together in one experience.
It's considered "well-mannered" for you to eat directly with your hands, but SASHIMI, with chopsticks, if you can.
Share your SAKE - it is customary to serve others in your party.
The over pour of sake in a box is to wish someone abundance - sense of giving.
Build rapport and show your appreciation to your SUSHI CHEF through the offering of a sake of their choice (most prefer cold, for higher quality).
Don't be afraid. dining at a sushi bar is a great opportunity to try new things and learn more about sushi. Do ask questions, the chef will be happy to talk to you.
The starry light art Installation on top of the omakase bar is a representation of Jimmy (the owner) and his wife, Krissy’s childrens' birth times and location. Aiden and Eva!
